A workshop to help you Think and Feel Better and to Make 2017 the Year to Take Time for Yourself!

Monthly offerings conducted by a team of experts that offer important holistic perspectives to help us forge deeper connections with ourselves and our children.  We will explore a variety of techniques that promote more mindful and conscious living.
The Wellness Series includes:
BREATHWORK on Friday, January 27th, 9:00am at PS 133 with Jedi of Calm™ Breathing Technician: Kathleen Booker
MINDFUL PARENTING on Tuesday, February 14th, 9:00am at PS 203 with Mindful Parent Coach: Sandra X Pradas Martin
ART WORKSHOP on Wednesday, March 22nd, 6:30pm at PS 191 with Art Therapist: Suzanne
YOGA on Wednesday, April 5th, 9:00am at PS 173 with Yoga/Body Expert: Irene Failenbogen
LAUGHTER WORKSHOP on Wednesday, May 10th, 6:30pm at PS 186 with Life Coach:  Harriet Cabelly
