Your School. Your Child. Your Voice. | Deadline 3/25/22
Every year, families, teachers and staff in grades 3-K through 12, and students in grades 6-12 are asked to take the School Survey. The survey gives school leaders a better understanding of what you and other members of your school community think about your school. The information collected by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of your school community about how to make your school a better place to learn. Learn more at schools.nyc.gov.
For the first time ever, you can login to your NYC Schools Account to take the parent/guardian NYC School Survey without needing an access code!
Already have your access code? Take the survey here!
You can also use your child’s nine-digit student identification number, or OSIS, to complete your survey online. You can find the OSIS on your student’s report card, school ID card, or on your NYC Schools Account. On the survey page, enter the letter f, followed by your child’s OSIS to access the survey. Note that the “f” must be lowercase (e.g. f123456789).
